Transcriptome profiling of bladders of CYP-treated C57BL6/J mice (female)

In this study, we aimed to determine the comprehensive transcriptomic profile of mouse bladders following CYP treatment, a common method for establishing an overactive bladder (OAB) animal model via intraperitoneal injection. Our work provides a valuable reference dataset for this model, which is crucial for more successfully translating findings from the model to human patients.
