GZR data on undeclared work 2015 — Fine decisions pursuant to § 18 (1) and (2) MiArbG — natural persons — Federal Government/Länder

With the overview “GZR data on undeclared work 2015”, the Federal Office of Justice presents the result of evaluations of the fines for administrative offences in the area of undeclared work entered in the 2015 sub-registries on natural persons as well as legal persons and associations of persons in the commercial central register. The data set shows all fine decisions against natural persons who were entered in the commercial central register in accordance with Section 18 (1) to (2) of the Minimum Labour Conditions Act (MiArbG). The entries are differentiated by federal/states.本数据集以《2015年非正规就业GZR数据》为总览，由联邦司法局（Federal Office of Justice）发布，涵盖对商业中央登记册内2015年自然人、法人及法人团体子登记条目所涉非正规就业领域行政违法罚款的评估结果。数据集包含依据《最低劳动条件法》（Minimum Labour Conditions Act，MiArbG）第18条第1款至第2款规定登记于商业中央登记册的自然人所涉全部非正规就业行政违法罚款处罚决定，且数据条目按联邦与各州维度进行区分。
