In accordance with Article 35 of Legislative Decree No 33 of 2013, Regione Lombardia publishes proceedings at the request of a party within its jurisdiction.根据2013年第33号立法法令第35条之规定，伦巴第大区应其管辖范围内一方当事人的申请，公布相关诉讼程序材料。
