Harmless treatment and resource utilization of livestock manure are the ultimate concerns of agronomists and environmentalists. A treatment of mesophilic anaerobic fermentation was the wide method to disposal livestock manure, and there are many crafts with different parameters. And now, there are few reports explained the influence of bacteria and pathogens after treated by mesophilic anaerobic fermentation. In this study, we used high-throughput sequencing technology to analysis the composition and diversity of bacteria and pathogens in fecal samples and digestates under three methods of mesophilic anaerobic fermentation. According to the results, three ways of anaerobic fermentation all can change the composition and diversity of bacteria and pathogens, and the traditional mesophilic anaerobic fermentation had the least effect on the composition and diversity of bacteria and pathogens in feces, while the mesophilic anaerobic treatment with extra bacteria had the greatest effect. This study contributes to the safe and rational use of digestates and help to update existing mesophilic anaerobic fermentation to improve the ability of remove pathogens.
