Bacteria-phage adjacency matrix along an environmental gradient

These three matrices are from our Biology Letters paper on bacteria-phage interactions on a resource gradient. Ecology Letters 14 (9) 841–851 In each matrix, the names of the phages and bacteria are conserved. The name of the matrix indicates the concentration of the growth medium, namely 1, 0.1, and 0.01.
