These three matrices are from our Biology Letters paper on bacteria-phage interactions on a resource gradient. Timothée Poisot, James D Bever, Adnane Nemri, Peter H Thrall & Michael E Hochberg (2011) A Conceptual Framework for the Evolution of Ecological Specialization. Ecology Letters 14 (9) 841–851 In each matrix, the names of the phages and bacteria are conserved. The name of the matrix indicates the concentration of the growth medium, namely 1, 0.1, and 0.01.
