Whole genome sequence of a Timema cristinae translocation experiment

As part of a study on the transition from genetic to genomic phases of speciation, whole genomes from 473 T. cristinae stick insects involved in a translocation experiment were sequenced. Stick insects were moved to one of two hosts, and genetic differentiation between released and recaptured bugs was used to identify regions of the genome potentially subject to divergent natural selection on different host plants.
