The Qualification Certificate for Animal Epidemic Prevention Conditions is an administrative license document issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in accordance with the law to animal farms, slaughterhouses and other relevant entities. It confirms that the site selection, layout, supporting facilities and management systems of the certified subjects meet the national animal epidemic prevention standards, aiming to prevent, control and eradicate animal epidemic diseases. Engaging in relevant activities without obtaining this certificate or failing to meet the required conditions is prohibited.
