Sapota Fruit Datasets

These datasets support research in quality control, classification, and visual recognition of Sapota fruit. Dataset-1 and Dataset-2 consist of images of Sapota fruit, categorized based on their visual and physical characteristics. The images are classified into two groups: spoiled fruit and fresh fruit, with the fresh fruit further sorted according to size—small, medium, and large.
