Fluorescence intensities were measured with three different microscope filter settings for excitation and emission filters: donor,donor; donor,acceptor; and acceptor,acceptor (as indicated by the letters between bracketsa. d = donor, a = acceptor). bSensitized emission is determined from this sample and these filter settings.
