Comparing the influence of different peptides to CD4 T cell clone. RNA sequencing of CD4 T cell clone stimulated with different peptides

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a CD4 T cell-mediated demyelinating autoimmune disease of the central nervous system causing neurological deficits with substantial disability. In previous studies, we found that peptides from foreign pathogens and autoantigens have different stimulatory strength to the autoreactive CD4 T cells. To understand the influence of different stimulatory strength of different peptides to the activation of the autoreactive CD4 T cells, we collected CD4 T cell sample stimulated with different peptides at certain time points.
