In order to study the effects of different concentrations of B. amyloliquefaciens T-5 on rhizosphere soil microbiome and ARGs, a micro-pot experiment was designed. And the rhizosphere soil of the tomatoes was randomly collected on days 1, 30 and 60 after B. amyloliquefaciens T-5 inoculation.
