Treatment-Associated Longitudinal Serum Proteomic Remodeling in Ovarian Cancer: Concordance with CA125 and HE4 Dynamics

This repository contains the cleaned dataset supporting the manuscript Treatment-Associated Longitudinal Serum Proteomic Remodeling in Ovarian Cancer: Concordance with CA125 and HE4 Dynamics. The dataset includes longitudinal serum proteomic measurements generated using the Olink® Target 96 Oncology II panel from patients with epithelial ovarian cancer and primary peritoneal Müllerian carcinoma. The repository contains sample metadata, a data dictionary, protein annotations, and normalized protein expression (NPX) values in both long and wide formats. Clinical identifiers have been pseudonymized, and no directly identifiable personal information is included. The dataset is intended to enable verification, reuse, and reproducibility of the analyses presented in the associated publication.
