For each loci, the file gives information about basic information (miRNA id, chromosome location, start and stop of the pre-miR, strand, expresion information, prediction score, pre-miRNA sequence, miRNA sequence, pre-miRNA length and miRNA length), structural annotation (genomic position regarding protein coding genes with sRNA browse annotation or intron annotation), functional annotation for both the pre-miRNA and the mature miRNA (mirbase, Rfam, tRNAs, rRNA or repeat elements annotation) and conservation annotation (conservation of rainbow trout loci in 8 fish species, nm = number of mismatch).
