Models, input data, scripts and results behind the article "System Value and Investor Incentives for Planned Nuclear Power in Uzbekistan: A Capacity-Expansion and Cournot Analysis" by D. Turaeva, K.-w. Cho and S.-j. Park, submitted to Energies (MDPI). The archive contains the levelized cost model; the PLEXOS capacity-expansion model of the Uzbek power system for 2026–2040 with all 44 planner runs; the two-stage Nash–Cournot investment game solved in Python for 22 cases; a PLEXOS check of the market stage; and two-firm test models. README.md explains how to reproduce each result.
