Agronomic traits in RILs of pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucum) and QTL analysis using GBS data

Pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucum) is an important crop in semi-arid tropics which needs genomic resources like a high-density linkage map to detect the QTLs controlling agronomic traits. In this study, we constructed the dense SNP map by genotyping by sequencing (GBS) approach and mapped the agronomic traits across the genome. The findings from this study will be useful for the pearl millet research community.
