LassoPred is an open-access database that delivers 3-D structural models for 4,749 unique lasso-peptide core sequences, the largest in silico collection to date. It combines a sequence classifier for ring/loop/tail annotation with a constructor that generates slipknot-like folds, overcoming limitations of general protein-prediction tools. Structures, annotations, and a web predictor are freely accessible to accelerate functional studies and antibiotic discovery.
