Dataset for Biomechanics of Punching - Effective Mass Analysis

This dataset contains biomechanical measurements related to different punching techniques in boxing. It includes raw sensor data, processed summary statistics, and analysis scripts. The data were collected to investigate the relationship between force transfer, impulse, and effective mass in trained boxers.

- `total.xlsx` - summary dataset with key biomechanical variables.

- Raw data files (`01 jab.xlsx`, `02 cross.xlsx`, etc.) - high-frequency sensor recordings. 

- Jupyter notebooks (`butterworth filtered.ipynb`, `Impulse force.ipynb`) - scripts for filtering and analyzing punch events.

- `README.md` - detailed instructions on using the dataset.
