Differences in Forest Soil Microbial Community Structure and Function: Interactions of Abundant and Rare Bacterial Communities and Environmental Driving Factors

The composition and function of forest soil microbial communities play a crucial role in the health and stability of ecosystems. However, how soil bacterial communities in different forest types respond to environmental factors and their ecological functional differences remain insufficiently understood. This study explores the impact of environmental factors on community structure and function by comparing the differences between abundant and rare bacterial communities in the soils of coniferous mixed forests and conifer-broadleaf mixed forests.
