ADAM15 exerts anti-enteroviral activity by activating functional autophagic flux to mediate autolysosomal degradation of viral membrane-associated proteins

The dataset encompasses the following contents: the expression levels of ADAM15 in cells infected with enterovirus at different time points and with different infection doses; the effects of ADAM15 overexpression or knockdown on viral replication; the promotion of autophagy initiation and the entire autophagic flux by ADAM15; the interaction between ADAM15 and viral membrane-associated proteins; and the promotion of degradation of viral membrane-associated proteins via the autophagic pathway by ADAM15. Also included are the raw Western blot images and raw RT-qPCR results corresponding to all the above research contents.
