The aim of this study was to characterise the B cell receptor repertoire in humans following the 2009 pandemic influenza vaccination. Two different vaccines were compared - one with the AS03 adjuvant, and one unadjuvanted vaccine. Samples were sequenced from plasma cells 7 days after vaccination. Furthermore, half of the participants had previously received a seasonal TIV vaccine, and plasma cells were also sequenced 7 days following this vaccine.
