This dataset targets collaborative decision-making for multiple data centers participating in multi-time-scale power and carbon markets. The core covered indicators include: various market prices and scenario numbers, power purchase and clearing volumes of multiple data centers in medium-long-term, day-ahead and real-time markets, bidding volumes and clearing capacities for frequency regulation and reserve services, inter-center power transfer and spatial-temporal flexibility utilization rates, carbon quota trading volumes, inventory balances and inter-temporal rolling trajectories, as well as objective function values, cost/benefit decomposition and key constraint states.
The dataset is generated along two main research pipelines: First, based on the medium-long-term electric energy-carbon quota joint clearing framework, multi-scenario sampling is adopted to characterize the uncertainty of day-ahead and real-time electricity prices. Combined with medium-long-term, day-ahead and real-time market prices, electricity demand and the spatial-temporal flexibility characteristics of data centers, joint clearing decision-making data for inter-temporal energy utilization and carbon quotas are generated. Second, a joint bidding model for day-ahead electric energy, frequency regulation and reserve services is constructed, and bidding and resource allocation data are generated based on market prices, total energy demand and service quality requirements.
This dataset provides standardized samples for researching joint decision-making strategies under price uncertainty and service quality constraints, supporting algorithm evaluation, sensitivity analysis and simulation experiments.
