We used microarrays to compare the gene expression profile of DP and DN (KLRG1 and CD57) CD4+ T cells from luminal breast cancer patients and healthy donors. [human mRNA] 9 samples: 3 KLRG1-CD57- (DN) T cells from breast cancer patients, 3 KLRG1+CD57+ (DP) T cells from breast cancer patients, 3 KLRG1+CD57+ (DP) T cells from healthy donors.
