Transcriptome sequencing of JA processing Litsea cubeba

Litsea cubeba samples were collected from the subtropical forestry research plantation in Fuyang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The fruiting branches collected in the experimental field in DAF 75 stage were immediately put into sterile water and transported to the laboratory. Before light and darkness treatment, the fruiting branches were pre-cultured together for 4 hours in an illuminated growth chamber to keep the physiological state of the fruits as stable as possible. During the whole treatment period, the fruiting branches were cultured in sterile water for a short time to avoid water loss caused by light and darkness.
