Expression Data from C10 cells and C10 tumours treated with live and UV BHV-1 with and without Mitomycin C

The field of viral immunotherapies is beginning to appreciate that eliciting an anti-tumour immune response, as opposed to viral replication, is what's most critical for efficacy. Here was treated tumours and cells with our live virus and inactivated virus to measure their gene expression kinectics and examine what genes could be necessary for therapeutic efficacy For in vitro analysis, C10 cells were infected with either live or UV BHV-1. RNA was harvested 6 and 12 hours post-infection. For in vivo analysis, mice bearing C10 tumours were treated with UV or live BHV-1 with Mitomycin C (mito) and RNA was harvested at 5 days post beginning of treatment The 1M0-12, 2M0-12, and 3M0-12 have two sample records (i.e. analysis1 and analysis2). Each sample data table contains the data generated from the same raw CEL file but in a different analysis (ie. 2 separate .chp files). The .CEL file is linked to the corresponding analysis1 sample records. The GSE223637 samples have been re-analyzed in the current study.
