To investigate the impact of a lysolipid burden in the nuclear envelope on the regulation of gene expression, particularly in tethered nuclear domains, we treated cells with edelfosine. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for S. cerevisiae cells treated with edelfosine for 60 minutes.
