资源简介:
This research examines the impact of Moso bamboo (Phyllostachys edulis) expansion on soil fungal community composition and diversity across subtropical forest ecosystems in Jinggangshan, China. We employed high-throughput sequencing of the ITs rRNA gene ITS1 region to characterize fungal communities within three distinct forest types: pure bamboo stands, mixed bamboo forests, and non-expanded native forests. The study analyzed rhizosphere soil samples from different plant species within each forest type to understand the plant-microbe interactions and community shifts associated with bamboo expansion. Our dataset sequenced using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform, providing comprehensive insights into the microbial ecology of these transitioning forest.
