The effect on cell cycle signalling was analysed after stimulation of the breast cancer cell line MCF7 cells with Heregulin. The data were obtained in a time-course experiment to investigate the effect of using a CDK4 inhibitor, an inhibitor of the cell cycle G1/S transition, on the regulation of gene expression.
