Sanger sequencing files of the genetic matrilineal ancestry of 21 Colombian patients with apparent resistant hypertension

We studied the prevalence of APOL1 G1 and G2 risk variants and their association with renin-aldosterone profiles in 79 Afro-Colombian patients with apparent resistant hypertension. We selected 21 of these participants to perform a matrilineal analysis to establish the mitochondrial ancestry through conventional PCR of the complete D-Loop. Here are the ab1 files of the electropherograms that make up the D-Loop of the mitochondrial genome that allowed us to determine the mitochondrial haplogroup of each individual. There are multiple files per participant because we needed to cover more than 1000bp through sanger sequencing, so we performed various sanger reactions.
