The dataset is divided into two files: dataset_in vivo and dataset_in vitro. Dataset_in vivo includes raw data of animal works with description of animal procedures and clinical parameters. Gene and protein levels of targets studied are listed accordingly. Dataset_in vitro includes raw data of cell culture experiments with description of <i>in vitro</i> treatment. Gene and protein levels of targets studied are listed accordingly.
