This bundle consolidates the governance, safety, and structural integrity documents supporting the Commons Engineering Lab Book (v0.1–v0.2). These documents: • introduce no new technical capabilities • do not modify operational specifications • exist to formalize governance boundaries, safety inheritance, and resistance to institutional co-option • clarify how the Commons maintains continuity under leadership change, funding pressure, and jurisdictional variance The Commons Initiative asserts control over system shape, not individuals. Participation is voluntary. Compatibility is architectural.
