Lower St. Croix National Scenic Riverway (LSCR) Boundary & Districts in Minnesota

This data was created to be a stand-alone LSCR boundary file for Minnesota communities responsible for regulating land uses in the Lower Saint Croix Riverway. Prior boundary datasets contained errors and did not include approved boundary adjustments. Of the information contained in this dataset, the most common purpose will be interpretation of the boundary itself, as well as the boundaries of the rural and urban districts, which influence the dimensional standards contained in local land use ordinances.
