Reproducibility and evidence package supporting the systematic mapping and evidence synthesis manuscript “From Runtime Evidence to Physical Decisions in Resilient Cyber-Physical Systems: Evidence-to-Decision Translations, Guarantee Boundaries, and Physical Validation Maturity”. The package preserves the frozen protocol history, search-execution accounting, screening-QA records, supplementary audit materials, the final included-technical-evidence manifest, and the post-red-team frozen v1.3 manuscript. The final manifest reconciles 122 indexed seed/citation-chaining records into 118 unique explicitly indexed technical works after four duplicate/version collapses. The 118-work count is an evidence-universe count, not a pooled search denominator, prevalence sample, or claim of exhaustive literature coverage.
