Survey on the reform of paid road parking

Between January and February 2019, GART and Cerema organised a survey on the first year of implementation of the reform, i.e. from 1 January to 31 December 2018. Addressed to the 551 communities identified as practicing a paid road parking policy, this survey focused on the supply and regulation of paid parking on roads, the use of these places, the organisation of control and its effectiveness, the payment of SPFs — post-parking packages — and appeals filed by users. 226 cities responded to the survey, representing a participation rate of 41 %.
