Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Territory linked to a forest charter of territory (France)

The Territorial Forest Charters are established by Article L12 of the Forest Guidance Act (LOF) of 9 July 2001. Their aim is to develop the link between the economic, social and cultural development of a forest area. Following the Law on Modernisation of Agriculture and Fisheries of 27 July 2010, the Forest Land Charters are now linked to the local forest development strategies (SLDF).The Territorial Forest Charter (TFR) is a contractual tool, implemented at the initiative of local stakeholders. It is based on a concerted approach between the stakeholders involved in the forest and the timber sector in the territory, offerers (owners and forest managers) and applicants (all audiences: local residents, users, socio-professionals, communities, forest owners) of forest goods and services. It takes effect with the implementation of a multiannual action programme.2001年7月9日颁布的《森林指导法》（Forest Guidance Act，LOF）第L12条确立了地域森林宪章（Territorial Forest Charters）。其设立宗旨为强化森林区域经济、社会与文化发展之间的联动纽带。依据2010年7月27日出台的《农业与渔业现代化法》，森林土地宪章现已与地方森林发展战略（SLDF）建立绑定关联。地域森林宪章（TFR）是一种契约性工具，由本地利益相关方牵头推行。该宪章以辖区内参与林业与木材行业的利益相关方、森林商品与服务的供给方（森林所有者与管理者）及需求方（涵盖本地居民、使用者、社会专业人士、社区、森林所有者在内的全体受众）之间的协同磋商机制为运行基础。该宪章将在多年期行动方案正式实施后生效。
