Dataset of atomic force microscopy - Rhamnogalacturonan-II dimerization deficiency impairs the coordination between growth and adhesion maintenance in plants

This dataset contains Atomic force microscopy Quantitative Imaging (QI) and individual force spectra data of Arabidopsis thaliana dark grown hypocotyls of the wild type Col-0 and the mutant mur2-1 under mock or Brassinosteroid treatment. This is new data generated following up on what is reprted in the study "Rhamnogalacturonan-II dimerization deficiency impairs the coordination between growth and adhesion maintenance in plants" (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.11.26.625362v1).
