Dataset for Characterizing Supernovae Host Galaxies with FrankenBlast: A Scalable Tool for Transient Host Galaxy Association, Photometry, and Stellar Population Modeling
收藏资源简介:
Data File Description frankenblast_spectroscopic_SN_sample.csv: Contains the sample of spectroscopically-classified supernovae used in the Nugent et al. 2025 study. Includes supernova RA and Dec, spectroscopic class, and redshift. frankenblast_photometric_SN_sample.csv: Contains the sample of photometrically-classified supernovae used in the Nugent et al. 2025 study. Includes supernova RA and Dec, Superphot+ classification prediction and psuedoprobability. frankenblast_SN_sample_hosts.csv: Contains all possible host associations for the aforementioned spectroscopically and photometrically classified supernovae. Includes host RA and Dec, redshift (mean and standard deviation), Prost host association outputs (host probability, smallcone probability, missed catalog probability, and a bayes factor between the best and second-best putative hosts: best host probability/second best host probability), and the catalog in which the host association was made. spectroscopic_SN_host_sbipp_output.zip: Contains the SBI++ SED output for all spectroscopically-classified supernovae host galaxies. Each SN host folder has two files: transient_name_global.h5 (the raw output from the SBI++ fit) and transient_name_global.npy (includes the best-fit model SED, observed photometry, and stellar population property posterior chains converted into physical galaxy properties, like stellar mass, stellar population age, total host dust extinction, star formation rate, and star formation history). See the FrankenBlast tutorial on the GitHub repo for an example of how to use these files. photometric_SN_host_sbipp_output.zip: Contains the SBI++ SED output for all photometrically-classified supernovae host galaxies. Each SN host folder has two files: transient_name_global.h5 (the raw output from the SBI++ fit) and transient_name_global.npy (includes the best-fit model SED and chains converted into physical galaxy properties, like stellar mass, stellar population age, total host dust extinction, star formation rate, and star formation history). See the FrankenBlast tutorial on the GitHub repo for an example of how to use these files. sbipp_phot.zip: Training set files associated with the frankenblast-hosts GitHub repository. Please see description there for more details. sbi_training_sets.zip: Trained data files associated with the frankenblast-hosts GitHub repository. Please see description there for more details.
