Register of Drug Registration Certificates issued

Pursuant to Article 17a of the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act, the Regional Health Inspectorates issue certificates for the registration of drugstores in accordance with the procedure laid down in Articles 239-241 of the same Act, which comply with the requirements laid down in Regulation No 29/9.12.2008 on the conditions and procedures for the organisation of work in the drugstore.依据《人用医药产品法（Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act）》第17a条，区域卫生督察局（Regional Health Inspectorates）须按照该法第239至241条规定的程序，为药店注册出具证书；该类证书须符合《2008年12月29日第29号条例（Regulation No 29/9.12.2008）》中关于药店工作组织的条件与程序要求。
