本表存储根据国库集中支付申请生成的国库集中支付凭证信息。单位根据自动校验通过或财政人工审核通过的支付申请生成国库集中支付凭证发送代理银行办理资金支付；批量支付业务同时将国库集中支付明细表发送给代理银行，并更新国库集中支付申请表和国库集中支付明细表的支付凭证主键。不同预算单位的国库集中支付申请不能合并成一张支付凭证。支付更正业务的更正结果会在国库集中支付凭证表生成一笔新的零金额凭证，该凭证包含一正一负两笔支付申请。资金退回业务不在本表生成新的负金额凭证，而是在国库集中支付资金退回通知书表中生成退回信息。该表数据时间范围（2021年-至今）

This table stores the information of treasury centralized payment vouchers generated from treasury centralized payment applications. Budget units generate treasury centralized payment vouchers based on payment applications that have passed automatic verification or manual fiscal review, and send the vouchers to agent banks to process fund payments. For bulk payment services, institutions will also send the treasury centralized payment detailed list to agent banks, and update the payment voucher primary keys of both the treasury centralized payment application form and the detailed list. Treasury centralized payment applications from different budget units shall not be combined into a single payment voucher. For payment correction services, the correction outcome will generate a new zero-amount voucher in the treasury centralized payment voucher table, which contains two payment applications: one with a positive amount and the other with a negative amount. For fund return services, no new negative-amount voucher will be generated in this table. Instead, the return information will be created in the treasury centralized payment fund return notice table. The data time range of this table is from 2021 to the present.
