The dataset contains raw data used in a publication with the same title. Most data can be accessed with a text editor. Where specialist software is needed, a Readme file with instructions is provided.

The dataset contains physical and electrochemical characterisation data of supported Pt nanoparticle catalysts. The dataset contains two supports (carbon and boron carbide composites)

Physical characterisation: BET, TEM, EXAFS, XANES, XPS, XRD
Electrochemical characterisation: Rotating Disc Electrodes, Cyclic Voltammetry, CO stripping
