Sealed prediction file (plaintext) for Vera Rubin LSST Y1. Embargoed until 2027-12-01, on which date the file is automatically released by Zenodo. Predicts S_8 = 0.784, contradicting Planck-LCDM 0.832 Cross-references the encrypted (AES-256) version with public SHA-256 hash on the master record.
