资源简介:

Supplementary data paper:
Disentangling direct and indirect effects of landscape structure on urban bird richness and functional diversity

Andrés Felipe Suárez-Castro, Martine Maron, Matthew G.E. Mitchell and Jonathan R. Rhodes

Table D1: Species recorded in the landscape units during the 5-minute point count surveys. We report the species traits and the guilds we used to classify each species. Species included within a guild are based on the main item of consumption (> 60 %) as reported by Wilman et al. (2014). Groups used to estimate species abundances and the model with the lowest AIC and the coefficient of variation (CV) is shown. Within each group, we used species (s) as a covariate to model the scale parameter. Other potential covariates were season (se) and percentage of tree cover (t); hn = half detection function. Species with NA in the density estimates did not have enough records to fit the detection function. Species of raptors (Ellanus axillaris, Aviceda subcristata and Haliastur sphenurus) that were recorded sporadically during the point counts are omitted.
