The minutes show date and time of meeting, members present and a brief summary of business with decisions reached. Records of discussion on particular proposals, in which the opinions of individual Board members are shown, are sometimes attached. Those at 18/1723.2 are the signed minutes of meetings of the Board for meetings 1-79; the ones at 7/7578, which are for meetings 4-79, appear to have belonged to H.F.
