Genoa - Cadastre 1414

The dataset represents the graphic restitution of the documentation related to the so-called "gabella possessionum" on the basis of the attempt of restitution made by professors E. Poleggi and L. Grossi-Bianchi of the University of Genoa in 1980. The Gabella possessionum was the tribute on the funds and on the houses, based on a sort of cadastre that was renewed according to the needs and of which we have news for the years 1414, 1443 and 1454.The survey does not pose any cadastral purpose. The elaboration took place within the projects of the Civis Observatory.
