We performed three genetic screens by chemical mutagenesis: resistance to light-induced cell death (Lr), defective aggregation (aggless) and suppressors of the tgrB1-C1 mismatch phenotypes (NTG). We identified chemically induced mutations by whole-genome sequencing and implicated genes by multiple mutations.
