IPGOD2022

Intellectual Property Government Open Data (IPGOD) 2022\r\n\r\nIPGOD—Intellectual Property Government Open Data—is a publicly available data set that provides access to over 100 years of information from IP Australia on IP rights applications. By providing a ‘one-stop shop’ for administrative data, it allows you to research the classification of IP rights, linkages between Australian and international IP rights, and the history of IP transfers and exchanges across time.\r\n\r\nIPGOD covers each of the four types of IP rights administered by IP Australia (patents, trade marks, designs and plant breeder’s rights) and captures the application process and its results. This includes the type of IP right applied for, key dates and events, and the names of applicants, their agents and other associated parties. It also contains additional information, such as grouped/harmonised names for parties, and their Australian Business Numbers (ABNs) where available.\r\n\r\nIPGOD was first released in 2014 and is updated annually.

IPGOD即知识产权政府开放数据集，是面向公众开放的数据集，收录了澳大利亚知识产权局（IP Australia）百余年来的知识产权权利申请相关信息。该数据集打造一站式行政数据服务枢纽，可支持开展知识产权权利分类、澳大利亚与国际知识产权权利关联关系研究，以及跨时段知识产权转让与交易历史探究等工作。

IPGOD涵盖澳大利亚知识产权局管理的全部四类知识产权权利，即专利、商标、外观设计与植物育种者权利，完整记录了申请流程及其办理结果，包括所申请的知识产权权利类型、关键日期与事件，以及申请人、代理人及其他关联方的名称。此外，数据集还包含额外信息，如关联方的统一规范名称，以及可获取的澳大利亚商业编号（Australian Business Number，简称ABN）。

IPGOD于2014年首次发布，后续按年度更新。
