2D and 3D nominal-to-actual comparison on µCT data of archaeological wood samples before and after conservation

The repository contains cross-sectional images of 80 wood samples from the LEIZA reference collection that were documented as part of the CuTAWAY project. Each sample was documented using micro-X-ray computed tomography (µCT) before (VZ) and after (EZ) conservation. Based on this data, a nominal-actual comparison was carried out. The data is available in 2D (TIFF) and 3D (STL) formats. Further information can be found in the stored metafiles and the sample overview (PDF). Data acquisition took place between 2019 and 2023.
