Watercourses or portion of watercourses to be bordered by grassed strips under good agricultural and environmental conditions, defined by prefectural decree. These watercourses are defined in the interministerial circular Map-Medd DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046 of 27 September 2005, pursuant to the Order of 12 January 2005 for the application of Articles R.615-10 and R.615-12 of the Rural Code and on environmental cover and rotation rules需在良好农业与环境条件下于两侧布设草带、且由省级政令界定的河道或河道区段。上述河道的界定依据2005年9月27日发布的部际通告"Map-Medd DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046"，该通告的制定遵循2005年1月12日发布的政令，该政令旨在落实《农村法典》第R.615-10条与第R.615-12条的适用要求，以及环境覆盖与轮作规则的相关规定。
