Scopes of the Saint-Barthélemy Natural Risk Prevention Plan (PPRN) – Landes (40)

This dataset contains the delimitation perimeters at the various stages of the development of the Natural Risk Prevention Plan (PPRN). These perimeters have the characteristic of being the consequence of an official act and of producing their effects from a defined date. This is the following: — prescribed scope set out in the prescription order of a PPRN; — risk exposure scope that corresponds to the scope regulated by the approved RPP. This approved scope is a public utility servitude (PM1); — scope of study which corresponds to the envelope in which the hazards were studied.本数据集涵盖自然风险防治计划（Natural Risk Prevention Plan，PPRN）研发各阶段的划定边界。此类边界具备两项核心特征：一是由官方正式文书确定，二是自明确指定日期起正式生效。具体包括以下三类边界： — 自然风险防治计划审批指令中载明的法定适用范围； — 与经批准的RPP所规制范围相对应的风险暴露范围，该经批准的范围属于公共事业役权（public utility servitude，PM1）； — 研究范围，即开展危险性研究时所覆盖的空间范畴。
