存储一件事收件后办件所经历的生命周期环节信息；由一件事办件程序和办件办理过程中与业务系统交互时产生，一件事收件后，办件会产生收件环节的办理信息，子办件推送到业务系统中，业务系统受理后会推送受理状态到一件事系统，一件事子系统就会产生该子办件受理环节信息，业务系统办结子办结后推送办结状态到一件事，一件事系统就会产生该子办件办结环节信息，环节信息包括环节节点信息，处理环节人员，处理环节时间等信息

This dataset stores the lifecycle link information of the handling process for a one-stop service item after its application receipt. It is generated during the handling procedures of the one-stop service item and the interactions between the handling workflow and the associated business systems. After the one-stop service item is received, handling information for the receipt link will be generated, and the sub-handling items will be pushed to the business systems. Once the business system accepts a sub-handling item, it will push the acceptance status to the one-stop service system, which will then generate the acceptance link information for this sub-handling item. After the business system completes the sub-handling item, it will push the completion status to the one-stop service system, which will then generate the completion link information for this sub-handling item. The link information includes link node details, involved handling personnel, handling timestamps, and other relevant information.
